About the enquiry process.

Within 24 hours for the first reply, within 48 for a draft itinerary with real prices. Faster if you reach us by WhatsApp during business hours (East Africa Time).
No. We send the itinerary, answer your questions, and wait. If you need a month to think about it, take a month. If you want to compare quotes from other operators, we'd encourage you to do so.
No. The first itinerary is free, as are revisions. We charge nothing until you commit to booking and pay the 25% deposit. Until then, you owe us nothing — including a response.
25% deposit secures your dates. Refundable up to 90 days before departure. Beyond that, our cancellation policy depends on lodge and park-permit deposits we can't recover. We'll lay this out clearly in the booking contract — nothing buried in fine print.

Yes. Many of our clients start with "we're thinking about Tanzania next year, no firm dates yet." That's fine. Tell us what you do know — we'll send back something concrete to react to.
